Summary: Administration submits to the Board of Trustees for consideration and possible approval a resolution to transfer Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (“CCN”) No. 10081, as issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (“TCEQ”), from the Johnson County Special Utility District to the City of Ft. Worth.

This action is required to ensure that potable water service is able to be provided to the new B.R. Johnson CTE Center.

Recommendation: Recommend approval of the transfer of Certificate of Convenience and Necessity Utility Easement Resolution from the Johnson County Special Utility District to the City of Ft. Worth as presented.
